ANDELA PULVERIZER SYSTEM

Accepts Any Glass
Process your mixed-broken glass. There's no need to sort colours, remove labels, plastic or metal caps unless beneficiation level demands it. The Andela Pulveriser System reduces the glass and leaves other materials uncrushed for easy separation.

Makes Glass "Sand"
The Andela Pulveriser System produces a glass aggregate ranging from 10 to 0.1 mm in size. You can use it in your children's sandbox - no sharp edges!

Adaptable To Any Application
The Andela Pulveriser System can be tailored to virtually any situation, and integrated into most any operation.

Competitively Priced
Why spend top dollar for a system with only a fraction of The Andela Pulveriser's capacity and efficiency! Dollar-for-dollar and pound-for-pound of material processed, The Andela Pulveriser System is the most economical, effective and efficient system on the market today.

Designed For Reliability
The patented, flexible impact mechanism of our machine is engineered for long life and easy maintenance. Heavy-duty bearings are sealed and isolated, and all moving parts are easily accessible and replaceable.

Produces Cubic Aggregate For New Products

The Andela Trommel Screen separates glass-sand into two aggregates sizes for use as a sand and gravel substitute in glassphalt, drainage or fill, decorative landscaping and water filtration.

The Andela Glass Pulveriser System includes:

The Andela Glass Pulveriser System is unique in its ability to pulverise all types of glass, from containers to ceramics, with no need to sort colours, remove labels, plastic or metal caps. The system produces a distinctly different product - a rounded glass particle, less than 3/8" in size, which is easy to handle.

The Andela Gypsum Board Recycling System

is delivered in its own environmentally enclosed security container. This provides total weather protection, dust containment, minimises unwanted material contamination and reduces casual operator intervention. The infeed security doors are located on one end of the 8’ wide by 9’ 6" high by 40’ long ambidextrous unit which will deliver three separate salable products from its bottom discharge section into your waiting containers.

All Andela Machinery is built to be trouble free and require minimal maintenance. Periodic inspection and wear parts replacement is easy through the strategically placed and oversized service access panels. Andela’s clean, crisp looks and attractive identification will enhance any firms image.

This rugged unit is powered by a total of 35 to 45 Horsepower depending on your output requirements. Its standard voltage is 220/440/3 Phase and can be outfitted to meet your electrical needs.

Operation is simple and requires minimal training. Once the unit is installed in your operation, the infeed security doors are opened and the loading mechanism is unfolded and fastened in the proper position.

With The Andela Gypsum Board Recycling System operating, scrap gypsum board is loaded in the infeed hopper and is carried through the infeed metering system which delivers an even material flow into the Andela Gypsum Separator where its flexible impaction system removes the paper facing from the gypsum board and breaks down the gypsum core into valuable sized material. The Andela Gypsum Separator then discharges the material onto the trommel infeed conveyor where ferrous metal is removed with a magnetic separator and then enters the Andela Trommel Separator where it is separated into fine gypsum (1/8" minus), coarse gypsum (1/2" minus) and paper waste. Each material is separately deposited into your containers beneath the System where they are protected from the weather and casual contamination or available optional unloading conveyors. Just ONE operator can easily produce up to 10 Tons or 20 cubic yards of valuable material per hour with The Andela Gypsum Board Recycling System

Triboguard I Bag Leak Detectors

- extremely rugged and reliable, they monitor the exhaust ducts of most dust collectors. Once configured to measure normal (baseline) leakage (inherent with all dust collectors), it senses the dust level in collector exhaust air and compares it with an adjustable setpoint. Through the relay output, the detector can sound an alarm if emissions increase beyond an acceptable level. The Triboguard I is a reliable flow/no flow detector used to monitor the flow of dry solids in bulk handling pneumatic conveying systems.

Triboguard II Dust Monitors

continuously monitor the exhaust ducts of dust collectors in order to detect filter failures. Its monitors sense dust levels in collector exhaust air and provide continuous analog (4-20 mA) outputs. When used with the Triboguard II, the Pre-Vent TM Two Level Alarm System provides both early warning and high level (reportable incident) alarms. Triboguard II Monitors are also used in conjunction with Tribotrac TM Leak Locator System which allows operators to automatically pinpoint dust collector leaks by row or compartment from a remote location.

Triboguard III Microprocessor based Continuous Emissions Monitor

is a high performance triboelectric monitoring device used to detect filter failures and monitor particulates from bag houses, cartridge collectors and cyclones. It combines real time graphics with digital display on a large back lit LCD screen. With the lowest detection range, independently tested at 0.005mg/m3, and 90 days internal data logging of 6-minute averages, the Triboguard provides an affordable, EPA recognised solution to meet air quality compliance. Using a remote Series 2000 Sensor, the Triboguard III is housed in a wall mounted, steel, NEMA 4X enclosure. All system parameters are password protected.

Triboguard III measures triboelectricity (also referred to as frictional electrification), an electric charge transfer which results when dust particle collide with the sensor probe. It detects changes in the dust level of collector exhaust air and warns when a filter is failing before emissions become visible. Continuous graphic, digital and analogue outputs allow the use of dataloggers or other monitors to record emissions levels, pinpoint maintenance problems, or document Clean Air compliance. Unlike optical devices that rely on clean, aligned lenses and indirect measurement of light transmission, Triboguard III is virtually maintenance free, direct method of bag leak detection.

Leaks allow Fiesta Flurotracer to pass through the bag to the clean side of the collector. Fiesta Flurotracer is activated by the special 4000 Angstrom UV light source and emits an intense glow, quickly pinpointing defective bags.

Flurotracer has a very small particle size and can also be used to locate leaky welds or faulty seams.

The MICRON-MASTER® is a continuous operating pulveriser with capacities of 1/2 to 4000 lbs./hr. It is the most advanced jet pulveriser available and will grind crystalline or friable materials, in a dry state, finely and uniformly to an average particle size from 0.25 microns to 5 microns. The MICRON-MASTER® will pulverise the most abrasive or heat sensitive materials without harm to the pulveriser or the material and without metallic contamination. The product from a mix of two or more materials is a uniform, perfect homogeneous random blend of fine particles.

All points of wear in the Micron-Master® are lined with easily and directly replaceable liners best suited to the product. Liners are available made of materials ranging from soft rubber to diamond- hard ceramics. This allows even very abrasive materials to be ground, contamination free, to micron-size powders.

The MICRON-MASTER® has no moving parts. Pulverising is accomplished by the direct action of jets of compressed air or superheated steam. These jets accelerate the material being ground and pulverising is accomplished by the shattering impact of one particle against another of the same material. The grinding chamber is round and relatively shallow. The jets are spaced around the periphery and cause the material being ground to rotate rapidly. Classification is accomplished simultaneously; centrifugal force holds the large particles in the grinding chamber until the increased surface area and decreased mass enables the grinding gas to entrain the fine particles and carry them out.
